NRC Issuance: Union Minister makes inspections in Mawlamyine

Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing accompanied by Mon State Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein and concerned officials inspected issuance of National Registration cards under the Pan Khin Project, collection of Biographic and Biometric data and issuance of Unique ID at the No. 7 Basic Edcation High School in Mawlamyine on Saturday.

There, the Union Minister and the Chief Minister heard reports on ongoing works and difficulties encountered by officials and coordinated requirements.

Then, the Union Minister and party inspected offices in the township and provided necessary instructions on cleanliness of the office buildings and environment, fire safety, maintenance of records and safety of the service personnel.  Then, the Union Minister had lunch together with the staff and provided cash assistance.
