Oil Pipeline Training: Pipeline Regulation And Working Introduction Training Opened

The Opening Ceremony of Training on Pipeline Regulation and Working Introduction co-organized by Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise under the ministry of electricity and energy joint-ventured South East Asia Oil and Gas Pipeline Company was held at Central Training School of the Ministry, Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on June 17.

At the ceremony, the Union Minister for Electricity and Energy U Aung Than Oo said that this training course is given to the staffs servicing the duty for the capacity building at the work sites and understanding pipeline construction technologies, pipeline monitoring systems and techniques of providing security along the pipeline. The trainees will acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge. During the Pipeline Regulation and Working Introduction training, totaling 30 trainees from the oil fields under the supervisory of Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise will be given the subjects including SCADA System, Basic & Operation System, Pipeline Cathodic Protection Technology etc.
