Preparation Measures: Meeting with broadcasters for Academy Award Ceremony

Plans are underway to organize Myanmar Motion Picture Academy Award Presenting Ceremony in a grand manner. For the successful organizing of the ceremony, the Ministry of Information held a work coordination meeting with the broadcasters who are working in partnership with Myanma Radio and Television on Thursday.

Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn said the Academy Award Presenting Ceremony is the important step for the artists as well as for the nation and its people. Since it is a significant event for the artists and attracts high enthusiasm by the people, efforts are being made to organize the ceremony in a grand manner.

He urged all the broadcasters to cooperate in broadcasting live during the ceremony. Officials from Forever Group Co.. Ltd, Shwe Than Lwin Media Company Limited, Family Entertainment (5 Plus), YTV, Channle K, Fortune TV, Nebula X Entertainment attended the meeting. The Union Minister and party later inspected the preparation measures for Nay Pyi Taw Walking Thingyan, and the Motion Picture Academy Award Presenting Ceremony.
