Rural Development: Union Minister makes inspection in Lewei Township

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe on Friday afternoon made inspection in Lewei Township area.
In YoneTaw Village, the Union Minister held talks with members of the Shwewatun (2) Agricultural Production Cooperative Limited and stressed the need to cultivate triple crop to increase the income of each rural family, strains, fertilizers and inputs supplies by the government and responsibility of the farmers to make real efforts to increase the yield.
The Union Minster also pledged to provide necessary cultivation techniques and availability of agricultural water. And, he coordinated matters the farmers presented. There, the Union Minster also inspected successful monsoon paddy cultivation. He also instructed the members to collect and sale the monsoon paddy at the right price, to return the refunds, and to distribute the benefits equally.
