Statement of disinformation: Terrorist groups spread fake news of using toxic bomb

The fake news featured Tatmadaw attacked dropping bomb near Myothit Village of Namhsan Township in Shan State (North) at about 11 PM on 19th November and local people killed, is being spread through social network pages. 

While Tatmadaw was carrying out the counter-terrorist operation for the regional security and rule of law, the armed engagement with the terrorists took place near Myothit Village of Namhsan Township during the nitht of 19th November and the terrorists fired their large weapons into the Village without discrimination.

It’s reported that the Tatmadaw did not carry out attack of dropping bombs. It’s just the spreading of disinformation and fake news with the intention of dividing between Tatmadaw and the people by the destructive medias.

While the insurgent terrorists so-called TNLA and PDF groups are attacking Sakhanthit security post in Namkham Township of Shan State (North) and the Tatmadaw is carrying out the security measures for the regional security and rule of law, the TNLA insurgent group issued a press statement of disinformation describing that Tatmadaw attacked with toxic bomb and spread it on the online medias.

TNLA’s press statement of disinformation is being uploaded by the destructive medias including Khitthit media which oppose the peace and stability of the country and spread fake news.

It’s reported that Tatmadaw never attacks using toxic bomb in any battle, due to the effective support weapons and brave attacks of Tatmadawmen in the counter-terrorist operation, TNLA and PDF experienced high battle casualty rates and battle fatigue in their groups and released statement of disinformation accusing Tatmadaw to use the toxic bomb by relying to the destructive medias.

Tatmadaw will continue the counter-terrorist operation for the regional security and rule of law.
