Work Coordination Meeting: State level Kathina robe offering ceremony to be held

Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture U Tin Oo Lwin presided over a work coordination meeting for the successfully holding of 2023 Kathina robe offering ceremony of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar State Administration Council at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on Thursday.

Speaking on the occasion, the Union Minister in his capacity as a chairman of the leading committee for organizing Kathina robe offering ceremony stressed that 2023 Kathina robe offering ceremony will be held at Sasana Maha Beikman of Uppatasanti Pagoada on 24th of November.

And, a total of 27 members of the sangha will be invited to the ceremony. Then, Deputy Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture U Aye Tun in his capacity as a chairman of the working committee clarified the details of work undertakings and tasks to be implemented for the successfully holding of the ceremony.

Then, the Union Minister coordinated the requirements and concluded the meeting with closing remarks. The Union Minister and party also inspected the preparations for offertories and offering meals to the members of the sangha.
