Efforts for Kachin State: Coordination meeting and donation

As the Kachin State Government is working to make townships and villages in the state green, clean and beautiful, Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan held a coordination meeting with concerned officials.

In this meeting at the state government office, the Chief Minister said that every year, trees and saplings are systematically distributed, planted and are being taken care of. There is a need to discuss the importance of trees planting along the left and right side of the Union Road during the next rainy season of 2024, he added. Attendees discussed plans, preparations and requirements. And, the Chief Minister coordinated the discussions.

After the meeting, the Chief Minister visited the Anglican Church in Tutkone Ward of Myitkyina, held talks on efforts for Kachin State and donated rice, cooking oil, salt, bean, instant noodle and drinking water.
