Inspection Tour: MoC Union Minister inspected factories and farms

Union Minister for Commerce U Tun Ohn together with the officials inspected the beans and pulses purified factory of Bright Light Group Ltd and the beans purified factory of Arkar Oo Co., Ltd where the beans and pulses are grading, processing and repackaging to be exported to oversee markets in the Industrial Zone in Hlaingthaya Township of Yangon Region in the morning on 6th January.

During the inspection tour at the factory, the Union gave the necessary instructions. Next, the Union Minister and party visited the advance rice milling of Good Brothers’ Co., Ltd in Hsarmalauk Village in Nyaungdone Township of Ayeyawady Region and inspected purification process of high-grade rice, re-milling, removing broken rice, polishing rice and color categorizing, quality testing, packaging process, storage for animal food and manufacturing fuel blocks and gave necessary instruction.

Afterward, the Union Minister and party inspected 100 acres- fish breeding farm owned by the Ministry and instructed to produce more fishes for the staff welfare. In the evening, the Union Minister and party visited Global Earth Agro and Aqua factory in Pantanaw Township, heard the clarification of the responsible persons of the factory regarding with the processes of the factory and gave necessary instruction.

Next, the Union Minister met with the personnel at the region staff officer’s office of the Department of Consumers Affairs in Pathein Township and instructed to serve the duties with the good spirit, free from the corruption and serve with full capacity in line with the law and by-laws.
