Coordination meeting: Bago Region CM held a coordination meeting

The Bago Region government held a coordination meeting (6/2022) with the chairmen of district/township administration councils at Towwin Hantha Hall of the region government office in the morning on 26th December.

At the meeting, the Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win gave a remark on the matters to provide necessary assistance in cultivating winter crops of beans and sunflower, pedigree seeds and agricultural inputs, giving vocational trainings, collecting proper revenue, completing construction works within the timeframe, saving electricity, drinking water, fuels and office materials by the departments, preparedness for the fire hazards and security measures.

Next, the chairmen of district/township administration councils reported the matters on administration, agriculture, livestock breeding, making effort for higher pass rate of matriculation examination in the region, collecting ground list of form (66/6) and the requirements for the development of the region.

In responding to the reports, the region government members, officials concerned and departmental officials supplemented necessaries and the chief minister coordinated requirements, it’s reported.
