Ethnic Affairs: Union Minister met with departmental staff in Hpa-An

Union Minister for Ethnic Affairs Jeng Phang Naw Taung together with members of the Kayin State Government, Director General and other officials met with staff from the Director Office of the Ministry of Ethnic Affairs in Hpa-An Township of Kayin State on Tuesday.

During the meeting, Union Minister urged departmental staff to improve their capacity and performance as their position, systematically use the state funds under the financial rules and regulations without wasting and losing. He also said that it is necessary to carry out the affairs of ethnic people in accordance with the law and regulations set by the state, and follow the 6 stages of loyalty and 30 ethical values.

Union Minister also urged departmental personnel to support the union building tasks based on the democracy and federal system. Then, Union Minister, Minister of Ethnic Affairs for Kayin State and Director General from Department of Ethnic Literature and Culture fulfilled the requirements submitted by the departmental officials.
