Industrial Sector: Union Minister inspects promotion exam

Union Minister for Industry Dr. Charlie Than on Sunday inspected the promotion exam regarding the staff under the Ministry.

During the inspection at the No. 11 Basic Education High School in Zabuthiri Township, the Union Minister stressed that qualifications and skills to be fulfilled according to the rank of each employee have already been defined. Employees must continuously study and learn in order to improve the skills and expertise. If the capabilities of individual employees are high, the ministry will develop.

The Union Minister also urged the employees to share skills and knowledge with each other. In addition to this promotion exam, the Ministry of Industry held such an exam in Yangon, Mandalay and other regions and states with 46 exam centers simultaneously.
