Sports Competitions: SAC members awarded the medals and cash prize

In commemoration of 2024 76th Anniversary Independence Day, among the Inter-Ministerial Sports Competitions, the final matches of volleyball competition was held at Wunnatheiddi Stadium (A) in Nay Pyi Taw and the members of State Administration Council Porel Aung Thein, Dr. Ba Shwe, Khin San Lwin, U Yan Kyaw, Union Ministers, Deputy Ministers and officials enjoyed the matches and awarded the prizes to the winners.

At the final match of Inter-Ministerial Volleyball competition (women), Ministry of Home Affairs team beat the Ministry of Defense team with 3-1.

At the final match of men, Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs team beat the Ministry of Home Affairs team with 3-1. At the prize awarding ceremony, the Deputy Ministers awarded the prizes of best places and best player prize, Union Minister JengPhangNawTaung awarded the teams of women and men stood at fourth place.

Union Minister U Min Thein Zan awarded individual medal and cash prize to the women and men winner teams of third place. SAC members U Yan Kyaw and Khin San Lwin awarded the individual medal and cash prize to the women and men winner teams stood the second place.

SAC member Dr. Ba Shwe awarded the individual medal, cash prize and Championship trophy to the women first prize winner team of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the SAC member Porel Aung Thein awarded the individual medal, cash prize and Championship Trophy to the men first prize winner team of the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs.

In commemoration of 2024 76th Anniversary Independence Day, among the Inter-Ministerial Sports Competitions, 5 teams in the U-25 football competition (women), 15 teams in U-25 football competition (men), 16 teams in Volleyball competition (men) and 6 teams in women, 25 teams in SepakTakraw (Men), 18 teams in Futsal (Men), 23 teams in Htoke See toe, 24 teams of men and 19 teams of woen in the competition of Tug of War competed, it’s reported.
