Handing over capital fund : Kachin State CM gave words of encouragement

The occasion of handing over capital loans to the Agriculture, Livestock Breeding, Fisheries Industry and the Cooperatives societies to revolve the second year after successfully completing implementation of projects during the first revolving year of 8 billion Kyat of Country’s Economic Promotion Fund set up by the Union government for the development of Kachin State and the food security was held at the Malikha Hall of the Kachin State Government Office in the morning on 29th January.

At the occasion, Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan expressed his delight to be able to disburse the capital fund for the second revolving year and urged to implement the projects with the fund productively and the departments to supervise systematically and constantly in line with the project Manual guidelines.

Next, the Chief Minister, Chief Justice of the State High Court, State Ministers and State Advocate General  handed over the 6.606 Billion Kyats of capital fund for Agriculture, Livestock Breeding, Fisheries Industry and the Cooperatives societies with relevant specific units to the farmers and members of Village supervising committee and a representative of cooperatives societies expressed words of thanks.

Then, the Chief Minister encouraged to make exerted efforts for the successful second revolving year and gave a speech of conclusion.
